March 2026 Newsletter
I have truly enjoyed the series we've been walking through together: "Why Bad Things Happen To Good People." I pray it has been meaningful for you as well and has brought clarity to questions you may have been carrying. If you missed any part of it, I encourage you to revisit February's newsletter to catch up.
The truth of John 10:10 spells it out so clearly for us. When we're wondering whether something is from God or the enemy, it's really not complicated: if it's good, it will bear God's fingerprints all over it. If it's bad, you can be certain satan's hand is behind it. I'm so thankful we don't have to live in confusion, wondering, "Did God do this to me?" when bad things happen.
We serve a God who is not only alive and full of power, but who is also supremely good! Romans 8:31 declares, "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" And 1 John 4:4 reminds us, "Little children, you are of God [you belong to Him] and have [already] defeated and overcome them [the agents of the antichrist], because He Who lives in you is greater (mightier) than he who is in the world."
Knowing that satan is the god of this world, we understand he is behind the bad things we see—especially as he recognizes his time is growing short. But here's the exciting truth: we cannot lose! The victory has already been bought and paid for by Jesus. It's time for each one of us to stand up and take hold of what's rightfully ours!
Let's keep our eyes fixed on God's Word and our attention focused on Him. These are thrilling times to be alive in Christ!
You are valuable, precious, special and important!
